Fazer com que qualquer espaço dedicado a causa ambiental seja enfraquecido, pulverizado, é possibilitar mais ainda o aumento da falta de consciência e responsabilidade com a causa socio-ambiental
Vide o código ambiental e a força do agronegócio, veja o poder da CNA e o poder do Ibama, quem apita mais, na "capital" federal
